Chugach Powder Guides and Sun Valley Heli Ski Guides merged our two iconic heli ski companies in the spring of 2008 and formed a new global multi sport adventure company called EpicQuest (more info).
As a result of this merger, you'll begin to notice the changes immediately as we offer more ski adventure options than ever before and the ability to transfer credit between multiple locations. In addition, you'll discover the opportunity to get your "heli legs" in shape before you come all the way to Alaska with our new Sun Valley / Girdwood Combo Packages.
Prepare yourself
These packages make it easy for you to pop into Sun Valley and heli ski light, dry powder for a long weekend and "get into your groove" before you hit the big mountains of the Chugach or the Tordrillos. Packages can be split up as you wish, allowing you to fit in Sun Valley heli skiing anytime you desire before or after you come to Alaska.
These packages also offer our European guests or others who are traveling a long distance the ability to break up their travel and experience multiple locations in one trip.
Easy Airline Transfer
Getting from Sun Valley to Anchorage is easy. Alaska Airlines offers daily flights from Sun Valley to Seattle and many daily flights from Seattle to Anchorage. Flight time from Sun Valley to Seattle is about 50 minutes and flight time from Seattle to Anchorage is just over 3 hours. Once in Anchorage, you'll be picked up by our shuttle to continue your adventure.
